A QUICK note to say thanks to everyone who came along to my talk at the London Metropolitan Archives on the 20th of November. It was very encouraging to see and hear people enjoying the recordings being played. The talk did go on a bit longer than intended, so unfortunately there wasn’t time for questions afterwards – the building has to be cleared just back of seven. If you’re not careful you’ll get locked in and then your body and soul belong in perpetuity to the Archives.
Special thanks to Kate, David and Robin for doing all the arranging work and for making me feel welcome.
