The graphic version of this soundmap depicts a stylised square honeycomb with grey and red bees crawling over its surface. Clicking on any one of the 37 red bees makes a one-minute recording play for that particular location. The recording locations, unlike those in Pitcairn, form a haphazard array but there is a trend for their file numbers to plot a rough anticlockwise course, beginning in the south-east corner of the map area. The whole area depicted would take around 20 minutes to walk across from north to south or east to west.
