Location: Lesnes Abbey Woods

Description: Repeated squealing calls from at least one grey squirrel, about a dozen feet above ground level and largely obscured by foliage. Some kind of struggle appeared to be going on, with leaves and twigs being dislodged and falling onto the ground.

Technical guff: Stereo. Audio Technica BP4029 mid/side mic, Fostex FR-2LE digital recorder.
