Location: Walthamstow Marshes

Description: Recorded in the middle of an expanse of marshland, with the River Lea around 200 yards to the west and a small copse about the same distance to the north. Distant sounds of crows and geese, other birds sing nearby from small shrubs in the marsh.

Technical guff: Stereo. Audio Technica BP4025 mic and Fostex FR-2LE digital recorder.
