Description: A man with a distinctive sing-song mantra of 'Please help the disabled, help the disabled please' tries to raise funds from afternoon commuters at City Thameslink station. He has appeared regularly at London rail termini for at least a decade. Until a few years ago, his chant went 'Please help the handicapped'.
