An array of daytime recordings made along street markets and other gathering-places which are pedestrianised by official design or unofficial habit. Playback of each recording is synced to a simple animation plotting the route taken.

Loud traffic on Uxbridge Road, growing quieter; a man displaying a poster about the coming end times explains his reasoning to an onlooker; a noisy motorbike drives past; voices of passersby; footsteps; an emergency services vehicle drives past sounding its siren; Diet Pepsi distributors try to interest the public in taking small cans of the drink; a bus pulls away close by; the noise of an Overground train accelerating in the distance; voices taken on a reverberant tone inside Westfield; promoters for a youth singing contest called 'Urban Talent' attempt to excite a small audience; clatter of cutlery from restaurants flanking the pedestrian-only thoroughfare; a heavy trolley is pushed across an open space; recorded music from a pop up-style food vendor; noise of the escalator leading down to Wood Lane; traffic.
